Taryn Thru-U

Johnathan Cameron, AKA Taryn Thru-U, has been performing in drag for 15 years and is a local celebrity in the LGBTQ community. Due to the fact that he is built like a football player, he refers to himself as a Linebacker in Drag rather than Female Impersonator. Johnathan graduated from CSUS with a B.A. in Theatre and Dance and performed professionally with Dale Scholl Dance/Art for 10 years. After retiring from dancing, he found new enjoyment performing as Taryn, imbuing the art of drag with a mixture of theatrics, dance, comedy and passion.

Christi Black-Davis
